Cold email lead generation UK

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Email, Built on Stated Intent

Most outbound fails because the list is a guess. Ours starts from UK buyers who publicly described what they need built, so the first email answers a brief instead of interrupting a stranger.

  • Lists built from public UK requirement posts
  • Sequences written per requirement, not mail-merged
  • Deliverability hygiene: authentication, warm-up, volume caps
  • Full visibility on every message sent in your name

What a requirement looks like

Replatforming an ageing internal tool, looking for quotes

Our internal quoting tool is a decade old and nobody wants to touch it. Looking to speak to two or three UK firms about rebuilding it properly. Email in my profile.

Illustrative example. Real requirements arrive with the client's own wording and direct contact details.

The outreach process

First, sourcing. We identify UK businesses that posted an IT requirement in the last day across LinkedIn, Upwork, Reddit, X and Facebook groups, then verify scope, recency and a reachable contact.

Second, copy. Each approach opens on the buyer's own words, states who you are, and proposes one specific next step. There is no five paragraph pitch and no fake personalisation token.

Third, sending and follow-up. Volumes stay low per domain per day, authentication is checked before the first send, and each thread gets a small number of follow-ups before it is closed out. Everything sent is visible to you.

What we measure and report

You see the requirements sourced, the messages sent, the replies received and what happened next. We report the actual numbers from your campaign rather than publishing benchmark metrics from someone else's.

We do not show sample campaign screenshots with impressive percentages attached. Any figure we quote on your account will be one you can verify in your own inbox.

Compliance and honest limits

We target business contacts about a need they publicly described, keep the sourcing evidence, identify you clearly and honour opt-outs immediately. If your legal reviewer wants documentation, we will provide it.

Outbound is not a substitute for delivery capacity. If your team cannot pick up replies within a day, warm intent goes cold and no amount of copywriting fixes it.

UK coverage, city by city

We monitor UK requirement posts on GMT and BST, so your feed lands before the British working day starts. Coverage spans England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and you can ask us to weight the feed towards specific cities or regions on the call.
